A new breed of information brokers are fast emerging, thanks to the initiative of the government in India (and also in many other countries including Thailand). Will these new actors help bridge the information gap among rural folks?
Content providers for rural audience, including mobile agricultural information services, would also benefit in thinking ahead and designing their products for this new delivery platform.
Predict anything about technology in the next 5 years and you would be wrong!
